I have been holding onto this for a while now.  I have searched and searched and can not figure out who this autograph belongs to.  It looks like Edward, Emerson or Edmond and the last names begins with an H.  The content is interesting, I wonder if he is really talking about importing antiques or prohibition?  This was part of a large autograph collection of notable people, any suggestions would be appreciated.
