Favre has had his own hologram for well over a decade.  This hologram has been affixed to basically every signed item at private signings he's done since this time.  Very few items signed since the 90's that are on the market do not bear this hologram (there's always the possibility that someone was able to get one at a special event.  But Favre was regarded as a very difficult in-person signer for many years).  I would strongly recommend against purchasing any item that does not bear this hologram, unless it is an early to mid-90's (pre-hologram era) team signed item with superior provenance.

As far as I can tell, that Ebay seller is Favre's official Ebay store.  But there are many, many other places to get items with this hologram, including Radtke and Brett's own website.
