Does items with Drew Brees own sticker count as authenicated

Hello all

Just saw this item I think its real however I have never seen an item certified by the players own sticker. Would these pass authentication.

It looks like Drew's left hand is resting on a row of Mini-Helmets, and the top 3 rows has full size helmets.

$114.00 + Shipping sounds kind of pricey to me. Drew will be signing for years.

I always regarded the player's own authentication as the absolute safest bet.
