I just bought for the first time from International Autograph Auctions Ltd auction on Liveauctioneers.com.  International Autograph Auctions charges an extra $50 that they say is part of Live Auctioneers standard terms and conditions.  I have bought from LA for at least the past five years and never heard of this.  Anyone know about this extra fee?

I know buyers pay an extra 5% premium on top of what the auction house charges, which goes to LA.
