Actually no except to say that, like most recent presidents his pre presidential material will be cheaper in most cases as compared to is in office examples. How much will he actually sign in office is anyone's guess. But he is a flamboyant figure who has been in the public eye for a long time and finding something signed by him in the past so far doesn't seem that difficult. I guess it depends on whether you are a seller or collector. For something like a dollar bill which be in my mind a lower form of document and if not dated as president I would think the value is at its peak right now and would use eBay as guide to what that would fetch. If you have no intentions of selling, the market will determine this for you but that number will likely be lower than now as collectors will try to find in office examples that are not secretarial or auto pen. At least that is one thing your dollar bill probably doesn't have to worry about---yet.
