Hi,

I have a 1948 edition of Thidwick The Big-Hearted Moose, autographed by the author.  The book has a little wear and some unfortunate damage, stemming from my mother writing in our address at the time and one of my younger sisters attempting to color a few of the pages.

I was wondering if someone could give me a ballpark estimate on the value of the book.

Thanks in advance.

Rob

Worth about $300, or whatever someone will pay you for it.

Thanks, guys.  I spoke with a local dealer and she went online and found a couple of copies in basically the same condition as mine (Not first edition after all.  2nd edition) and they were listed between $300-$400.

I would probably list mine at $300.
