Be cautious when assuming COAs are good on eBay. I’ve found three full PSA letters that don’t cross reference in the database and upon closer inspection seem to be off a touch on font/color. I personally prefer encapsulation when feasible but if it can’t be, I prefer sticker on back of item not on the letter. Just double check if TPAs are your thing as lots of counterfeit LOAs are popping up.
