Seen this individual selling a Babe Ruth signed baseball for $699. Looked at this feedback profile and he has offered up and sold many Babe Ruth forged baseballs for $700, one for $7,999. Many are accompanied with a Barry Halper LOA. And you know how legit that is. 

it’s a crime EBay let’s them get away with this
