Those aren't "faulty looking" stickers. They were used by JSA on any flat item 8x10 and lower with a value of no more than $20, it was a cheap way to authenticate cheaper signatures but JSA has since discontinued the use of these stickers and went to strictly numbered holograms. As for the signatures, I'm unfamiliar with those so I wont comment on that.

I wasn't aware that JSA does that, thanks for sharing the info. 

I could be wrong but these autographs look machine signed in my opinion.  My question is how is this seller able to get these athletes sign all the way in Taiwan?  Feedback is private so you can't even see what autographs were purchased in the past.  Just fishy.

I live literally two miles away from their NJ office, I plan to go in to get a few things authenticated myself within a few days and I can ask them directly.

From my understanding from what was already explained to me was that they would use these for bulk submissions for lesser items like small pictures, replica pictures, or for players that weren't highly valued but they discontinued this service for the newer current Witness Protection Program where they give you a basic certification card with a number on it.

In short, I would say the JSA sticker would be real IF it was on an much older item, or if the player was a 2nd stinger or something like that, but if its on something new or a current player or a starter then I would think its fake
