I've previously only collected autographed hobby cards out of packs, but I'm considering expanding. I was looking at an autographed 3x5 index card by the eBay seller tcautographs. This account has been active since 2010 and has 5,000+ sales, 100% positive feedback (although there is one neutral):

https://www.ebay.com/usr/tcautographs

They claim the following on their listed items:

"Autograph is an authentic real hand signed signature. NOT an autopen or copy of the original signature. If your not satisfied with your purchase......Please email me so we can work it out or I will refund you in full. Certificate of Authenticity (C.O.A.) by me is provided with each and ever autograph purchased. Guaranteed or money back in full."

Asking them some questions, I confirmed their "C.O.A." is merely personally authenticated. They say they've been in the business for 35 years and that they obtained the autographed index card I was inquiring about directly from the celebrity's address.

Then I learned that they've been selling on eBay since 1999 on another account, vetski58:

This account has almost 12,000 sales, with 100% positive feedback. They also run the following store on eBay, Ink Scribbles King:

Why 2 accounts though?

Does anyone know anything about this seller? Are they trustworthy?

Thanks,

Chris

I've bought an M. Emmet Walsh from tcautographs and it was fine.

Okay,

Here I am to answer some of your questions. Now as for the merely a personal authentication goes it states that it is my authentication. Yes I have been is business selling sports cards and autographs for 35 plus years. I had a sport card shop in the early 90's and then once Ebay came along I found I could sell my remaining stock to those that live on the west coast as I live in Up Sate NY. If you need a professional authentication there are many that you could pay like $20 each plus pay shipping and insurance there and then pay the same coming back. It get very expensive doing so. Or just buy on Ebay and more than likely pay much less than that process. Yes I have 2 Ebay accounts. My original account of vetski59 which started in May of 1999, Yes that is over 20 years and I'm still there. The other is tcautographs which was my 2 younger children of Taylor and Collin. I wanted them to do the same as I was and try and make money for College. Well that didn't last and I kept that account going. I wanted to show them how much I could make and they weren't they are millennials and you know how they can be. So that is why I have 2 accounts, You mentioned that I had one neutral. You failed to mention that is was postal related and not my fault. Ebay should never allow feedback for postage issues. I think PSA has an option that you pay $10 to get a quick opinion on any autograph on Ebay that you have a concern on. Your welcome to use any of those I mention and I hope I have cleared up any od your concerns. Happy collecting.
