eBay seller the_last_stitch shill bidding and ADMITS IT

Was bidding on a pair of signed Jordan's. They ended up going for 965.
Here's the link

He so had a few more pairs of MJs. But I'll just post the one link for now.
Today they were relisted. I messaged asking how they could have been relisted when they only just sold.
This was the reply

"Hi,

Not at the price I wanted so I had to outbid to keep it from being sold.

Thanks for your inquiry,

- the_last_stitch"

Wow!!! Beware of buying his items. He obviously feels it's ok to shill bid.

Here's a novel idea, Carlos:

Call eBay and talk to Trust & Safety. Tell them they have permission to see your messages. They will suspend his account. Very simple and effective. Much more so than replying to your own posts.

BTW, I thought it was a policy that if you're going to accuse others of wrong doing, you need to have your last name along with your first.

It's not an accusation if they admit to it

Dane why do you think it's ok for people to shill bid?
And Dane I'm replying to my own posts for the benefit of others in the future.
You don't have to read the post and you definitely don't need to troll and reply.
Dane, please show me this last name policy you are referring to.

I had to wait for Steve to log on. He clarified that the policy is that the site would like to know who the individuals are, so if you don't use your last name, they need some level of proof of who you are. I always thought it was in place as a back-up of sorts, should the site receive some sort of legal correspondence regarding opinions/comments.

How is that relevant in this situation?

And when will you answer the question? Why do you think shill bidding is ok

Carlos, why do you always assert that I think shill bidding is okay? I've clearly stated on at least five occasions that shill bidding is wrong. You keep making this preposterous accusations of me being "pro-shilling" yet hide your identity.

You get so upset whenever I post and/or update about shill bidding. I think it had to do with how you he been wrong on at least 3 occasions on some MJ autographs and for some reason feel you need to troll me

"Hide my identity"?!?!? Hahahaa ok....get a life dude

I've posted about your posting updates to your own threads, rather than using the edit option once before this. This time, I posted that instead of replying to yourself, since you had proof of the shilling, report it to eBay so the person's account can be suspended. Reporting it here doesn't really help the community/hobby, unless you know the seller's actual name and contact info. Otherwise, there's nothing at all to prevent them from simply making a new account.

I still don't understand how you've managed to equate:

"Report it to eBay" = "Dane is pro shilling"

Explain that one to me.

My issue isn't that you post threads about shill bidders or whatever topic you may want to discuss. I take issue that you insist on replying to yourself, which bumps other newer topics down the recent post list and increases the activity count on yours. You said you don't care if your posts are bumped up the list, but the reality is that there are vehicles specifically in place for you to edit your threads without bumping your posts. You're aware that they exist, yet simply refuse to utilize them.

Dane I am trying to warn others and inform about shill bidders

You on the other hand, for some unknown reason, don't want these eBay sellers revealed to the community here. That's weird to me
Also I simply update the same post with new developments

What's the issue here?
It clearly has to do with you being wrong on those 3 occasions
Where you at Dane?
Can you answer the questions?
