Elton John - Could I get some advice please?

According to the seller, this was supposedly taken out of an autograph book that had multiple autographs in it. There is no COA with this and I have never purchased an autograph before so I am slightly hesitant.

Could I get some feedback on the authenticity of this one before I purchase it please?
