Fake Autographs on ebay?
The user 'movievintage'. What do you think? I asked about one of their photos, he said the COA is signed by All Star Autographs. I contacted them and they washed their hands of it, therefore he must mean All Star Autographs inc. Which is not a legal entity. Would appreciate any of your thoughts :) I strongly believe if not real, he should NOT be allowed to operate online.

Do not buy, they are fraudsters selling junk at cheap prices.
Yhey are one of hundreds of fraudsters operating on Ebay.

Are they printed on signatures, or forged?

Forged badly, they don't look printed from originals.
