Fake coa?

Is this coa fake or real? I have never seen a Frank Dileo coa

  So...this was the letter with the glove when it was sold in July 2015. The description says that online bids were not accepted, and the starting price was $15k.

After seeing this link here, I later saw this item being discussed in a French fan FB group. 

It seems that someone has managed to get the listing deleted.

Just noticed this item is back.on eBay with a different letter this time...not frank dileo but mjj productions! Still dated 1998 however
