Fake PSA LOA?

Hi guys. I'm certain this is a fake LOA, but just wanted clarification as it is old and I don't know if this is how PSA used to do them.

Yep, no certificate number.

I thought PSA/DNA's LOA's have a hologram at the bottom of their letters as well?

I know the hologram on the LoA is new. They used to have the sticker. Before that the item number.
Im not sure what it looked like in 2002.
