Yes, still in Japan. You can find many fake autographs there.

we have our own fake autograph auction site here. its called Ebay.

Vast majority of autographs on ebay are obviously fake. There are still some gems now and then tho. It does seem to be getting worse, would reckon it USED to be 98% fake. Might be 99% now......
