This is an easy one. Mickey Mantle signed the cover of "My Favorite Summer 1956."
Inside, Yogi Berra and Whitey Ford have each signed their photos that appear in the pictorial section. It's a three-for-one extravaganza!

Since I have only one signed book, I guess this is my favorite. :) Actually, this is a great book ~ especially if you have a dog you love dearly.

I only collect signatures in one book for myself. It is a 'History of Everton' (UK football/soccer team), I currently have 25 of my favourite old players who have signed it.
For me it's always my latest addition. Which right now is Star Wars: Death Troopers by Joe Schreiber. But it will be replaced by Highest Duty: My Search for What Really Matters by Chesley B. Sullenberger very soon.
I have a ? My local book store sells autographed copies of different book would these be good purchases?
Will,
It depends on the signer, the book/signature's condition, price, and reputation of the seller. Do your homework on the net for comparisons of signed books and check their return policy. Also whether they offer a COA or certificate or letter of authenticity. In other words, do they stand by the autographed book? Don't be afraid to ask them questions that will help in your purchase. Good luck.
Besides my autographed book signed by davy jones, my favorite would be one signed by michael reagan!
My favorite signed book is the Medal of Honor. Have 50 recipients sign, while I was a volunteer at their convention in Chicago this past September.
My favorite signed book(s): Helter Skelter & Outrage both by Vincent Bugliosi and Pieces Of My Heart by Robert Wagner. Three very well written books that I just could not put down until I finished them. Also, any book I have that is signed by "The Wizard Of Westwood", Coach John Wooden.

Anything signed by John Wooden is great especially since he does not sign anymore do to his age.
Nice. I havea Normal Mailer I love. I'm going to get a John Irving at one of these book signins he does. I love his writing.

I want to buy a signed Joseph Heller "Catch 22" (anybody selling one?). I'd like a Ken Kesey Cuckoo's Nest, too.

Other than that, I'm good. I have a few nice books in my collection: signed Richard Nixon, J. Edgar Hoover (anyone want to buy that? I paid $250 at a library fundraiser...it's from the late 50s, with a long inscription personalization to some doctor).
Well as i only have 5 autographed books and 2 of those 5 i got in person it would be the one i just bought and had signed last night its Amber Tamblyn's 2nd Poetry book called Bang Ditto. I havent had much luck in getting to book signings, Only been to 2 and one other that i missed getting signed in person by 20 minutes which was Kat Von D's book
Although I have many signed books, I can't say I have a favorite. But as for a book with multiple signatures in it....I have "The Official Mickey Mouse Club" Book. Not only do I have the author's signature (TTM), but I also Have Annette Funicello's (TTM), Bobby Burgess's, Doreen Tracey's, Don Underhill's, Cubby O'Brien's, Sharon Baird's and Roberta Shore's; all next to their pictures. Except Annette's is on the front title page area.
