Fogerty's Factory Signed CD

Hi again everybody!  I have been watching from the sidelines but had nothing new since I mostly collect CCR memorabilia.  I came across this Fogerty's Factory Signed CD on Ebay.  I tried to compare the 4 signatures with others myself but there isn't much to choose from and the ones I did see, looked basically the same.  Any opinions would be greatly appreciated.

How. It was signed by him & his family and sold in his online store
