Forged Neil Armstrong?
As I've said before, I don't have a good eye for forgeries, but this one seems to blatantly fail the flag test, as you can see red below the loop in the "A".

For comparison, here's a PSA authenticated and graded Armstrong that appears to me as though he stopped his signature short to keep it right at that boundary, as the "A" flat lines at the edge:
