Frank Sinatra gets by major authentication

  Was quite disappointed and surprised to see this “crude” Frank Sinatra Certified (by one of the big three) , sell on eBay for over $600 yesterday...  ??

I find Sinatra difficult because he had different styles during his career, but the transition to the last name, and the crossing of the t would appear to be red flags.
