Gene Simmons/Kiss Authenticity on Figure and Magazine

Just want to get a few opinions on these two items I just purchased. I have bought from him before so he is pretty good in my opinion, but I am not too familiar with Gene so wanted to get some opinions before I actually paid.

He had some photos too of the exact items being signed but you cannot tell where he is signing them in the photos so I can't be 100% sure.

Also the proof photo I put up was just the mcfarlane action figure being signed. The Magazine in that picture is not the one I purchased. There is another proof photo with that magazine about to be signed that I did not post yet.

Here's the second proof photo. The magazine Gene is signing is a playboy, but the next two is one of the magazines I purchased, or at least I believe it to be.
