I have a WWII Japanese Peso that belonged to my friends dad who was an army medic in the Philippines. His story was that he had a chance encounter with General Douglas Mac Arthur in 1944 and obtained his signature on the Peso. It is in excellent condition for being 69 years old. Could this be a real signature?
