Looks off to me and I've met Romero several times and he always signs off with "Stay Scared" but with that being a ticket I suppose it could be different.  Here are 3 pics I have of stuff I have had signed by him myself you can compare with so I know they're legit. 

I can provide higher res pics of the signature later on if you would like.

I think its good, just got him at monster mania, the sigs not exact but has same characteristics. Sorry cant post it.

The signature is real. George signed a number for the convention that year!

We're they available only for purchase at the convention? I can't find any info on this and it's driving me nuts :)
