George Bush Baseball listing PSA sticker mistake?

This listing has two different balls in the photos and the ball with the PSA sticker appears to be a preprinted gift shop ball that does not match the LOA at all. Different signature and different "ink" color! What the heck?!

I think the preprint may actually be on the opposite side of the same ball.
