George Michael Autograph PSA/DNA - Real?

It looks real to me, but when typing in the numbers (http://www.psacard.com/cert/) nothing comes up for the photo.

This looks genuine to me BUT very overpriced, i would say late 90's early 2000 example, good genuine examples on ebay for quarter of the price...
