George W. Bush signed necktie on eBay

There is a George W. Bush signed necktie with several relic cards for sale on eBay.  The COA is from Signature House.  What do you think of the autograph?

The reason I ask is because Signature House seems to use Facebook as their internet presence, but lists a website as www.signaturehouse.net , but if you click on the link, it takes you to Regency Superior Stamp's website.  It just seems kind of wierd.
