I've recently become aware of the great actress Helen Walker, having recently seen her in "Murder, He Says," with the great Fred MacMurray (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0037931/).
Was she a regular signer? I've seen several on ebay and was wondering if forgeries are that common, given her lesser-known status?
I've been looking for one signed by both her and Fred MacMurray, from the above mentioned movie. In fact, I'd love to find a signed copy of the above photo!
Thanks,
Louis

She made her film debut opposite Alan Ladd in a fairly decent movie called Lucky Jordan. Alan Ladd is a favorite of mine, I have a movie still from the movie signed by both of them. Her career took a turn for the worst after a car crash. With a couple exceptions, notably Call Northside 777 in 1948 with James Stewart, her career went downhill. She did star in a couple movies in the '50s which garnered mix reviews. She effectively retired from the industry in the mid '50s.
I can't help you find a specific item, but if you do find something you like, go ahead and post it here, I'll have a look at it.
