Graffiti Bridge + Parade from one seller

Hi all, 

this is my first post here - so please be gentle. :)

I am currently in talks around these 2 Prince albums (both come from same seller)... supposedly signed 1990 (Graffiti Bridge) and 1986 (Parade). 
I personally don't believe they're real - but would love to get your thoughts as well.

Sorry 2 say this, but theese R just terrible.
Not even remotly close 2 his real signature!
The value is pretty much 0 dollars!
