Green Bay Packers 1990's Helmet Opinion

Hi. I purchased this helmet a few years back from a major collector. This seems to be from the late 1990's as Matt Hasselbeck is on it and Reggie White is not. I was wondering if anybody could give me an opinion as to its authenticity as I am not that great with Packers items. Thanks!!

Ray Rhodes was the head coach during only the 1999 season.

I'm rusty on most of these sigs, but the Favre looks way off base for any era to be honest - could just be a quick signature in less than ideal circumstances, but he was definitely not an easy training camp signature at that point. Some of those other old school names (Freeman, Levens, etc) look to be right.
