Hank Williams Signature on Ebay seller says its real but wont guarantee it

Hey Everyone, Ive been searching for a long time to add an Authentic Hank Williams Sr Autograph to my 400+ Country music artist autograph collection. I did find and get this on ebay for a mere $385, before I paid for it, I asked the seller if they would guarantee it to pass PSA/DNA or any other 3rd party authentication, they said No Because they know its real already. My question is do I take a chance, pay for it and hope its real, and if its not go through ebays item not as described return policy, or just not pay for it and look for another one. I did get 2 quick opinions on it, PSA/DNA Said they couldn't determine if it was or wasn't real, and Roger Epperson said "its just fine" Please look over the auction listing and give me your opinion and if you think its legit and how you would handle the situation.

Just one note, Roger Epperson's opinion is much more relevant than PSA's, who seems to do a generally mediocre (probably putting it generously) job with music autographs.

It seems the listing ended. Did you pull the trigger?

If Roger says it's good, then it is most likely authentic.

I would normally be leery of sellers that take this approach, but in this case, considering the circumstances and the rarity of the item, and the fact that Roger gave it a positive, I would probably go for it.

It's fine, it's dead on

I would not have committed to purchase the item before I was confident it was real. I also would have asked the seller any questions prior to my bidding.
