Some of you know me, and from what I understand, someone caught selling yet another bad Ford autograph has once again, decided to spout off at the mouth. Claims that I am a dealer and I only tell unsuspecting autograph buyers that their item is fake so that I can sell my own Harrison Fords. Again I am hearing claims that the likely supplier of the forgeries is the true expert on Harrison Ford autographs.

Side note the seller sent me a friend request message yesterday with the single question about if I knew a particular collector. In my world this says plenty, and likely tells me where the piece originated.

When I tell people that I track the sale of Harrison Ford autographs, I am not kidding around, I watch sales here, I watch sales on rebelscum and on ebay and other online auction sites.

Who signed them? Who is the forger? I am not going to play games and point fingers, nor will I even guess if the supplier is the forger, all I can do is put together where they came from.

I will give the people that have had these in their possession, that courtesy. They can come clean about where they got them as the "in-person" and "private signing" stories fall apart.

This is the same courtesy I tried to provide to Marc Moser, the last guy caught in a huge Ford Forgery mess. He decided to drag my name thru the mud for a few months as well, but by doing that he just shot himself in the foot. People will wake up sooner or later, and the truth does come out.

I present these images to you, again supplying the signatures and letting the people on this forum and others as judge, you decide the truth. You will also be the deciding factor if these autograph professionals keep their reputations or if they have earned brand new ones.

Every item below has been tracked to the most recent seller, and through his own admission the source of the autographs, I will also include items sold elsewhere by the supplier who admitted on these very pages to supplying some of these.

The pattern is pretty clear to me.

As for the recent claims about me being a dealer, out to only hurt other peoples supposedly reputable business.

Please keep in mind, that anyone that has purchased anything at all from me in the past 5 years has approached me. When they do I usually point them in other directions and offer to authenticate (for free) any item they ask about, from any other source.

Bummer! Think they are all fake? Or just ugly? TFA's comes from OP and he's top notch. Kinda crappy sig but I have to think its real. Couldn't imagine Chris pulling anything.
The Quad is probably the biggest bummer because it does have Baker at the bottom. The Jones poster I thought looked "off".

Thanks for clarifying the fakes in the beginning of the thread. Couple look pretty good but almost look like the same forger on a couple? Guess now way to ever know huh..... Sad.

Thanks for the advice. I am confident thou the TFA's is at least real. Just ugly. The Quad comes from Cooleaters as well as the Jones. I regarded them to be the best..... Is that a bad assumption now? In light of CA's?

I am not saying any of them are fake. In this day and age, if you want a sitdown Ford autograph Official Pix and Coolwaters are the only people to deal with in my opinion. Harry gives some wonky graphs on occasion, there is no escaping it. If you have the opportunity to choose from a group of pieces from either source......great, if not... you get what you get. Just be damn sure to attach a pocket to the back of the frame, and never ever let that COA stray far from the piece.

In light of CA, my best answer is to deal direct with Coolwaters or Official Pix, skip the other middlemen, that is until someone with a reputation that equals them steps up.

Awesome! Yea, I am suprised he's still even doing signings. The OP doesn't even resemble the Coolwaters but it's probably 5 years older. I think he sat down to a stack of TFA's and breezed through them.
What do you think of all the items CA is offering with him and Driver? Almost hard to not want one of those helmets...... I never got the story on CA's. Only a couple wonky graphs that I flipped after what you told me about how they looked. I figured for TFA's OP was my only hope... Then I see CA has him and Derek is backing them on this signing. I talked with him about it and he assured me it was legit, BUT.. When he's not there, what's really happening! Be curious to see what one of their pieces looks like next to OP's but I'm not risking it. Even if a Stormtrooper helmet just looks badass!

When it comes to any autograph company, we as serious collectors can't afford to take chances. If a company claims to sell nothing but in-person autographs and they push out seriously problematic pieces or fail to deliver on promised signings....what good are they? Why in the world would you ever even consider supporting that company? No matter how cool the signing seems, do you want questionable stuff in your house?

I'll give any autograph 3 strikes .....signer has a bad day, bumped in a crowd, person holding the item moves.....whatever....stuff happens.

When it comes to an autograph company.....1 strike is all it takes for me to walk away forever.

You have to do what you are comfortable with, I know where I stand.

How does this one look?

Ugh
So you think this is a forgery, Jeff, or are you just opposed to the style of the signature?
Be curious what everyone else says. Ugh is just my opinion. Provenance says it all as I've learned.

It doesn't seem to have any markers and looks drawn. No way to know for sure thou right?
I'd be pretty surprised if that was good.

Is this the one supposedly from WDW? I know I've seen it before.

It is. Does that influence your opinion?

No, I don't like it, but it is odd.
