That was my gut feeling, but with so many different authentic examples, I thought I would at least ask. Thanks for the opinions.

If it means anything for the future, I have gotten him 3 times in person and each time he connected his first and last name.  No space. I'm not saying it is always 100% the way he signs but it has been for me.  yes I agree the above one is NG.
