i got this autographed Larry Bird card from my dads collection after my parents divorced in the early 90's I've looked on ebay to compare with real ones and it's kinda shakey to me... i'm kinda split on if its real or not. i'm not big into basketball memorbila so i'm not sure if he ever signed different from the stuff i've seen or if way back when my dad had been trade cards and all that if he got a fake one if anyone could give there opinion on it i'd really appreciate it.

looks  not like larry bird...it looks bad from L to D the baseline is bad the flow to it is wrong its just not right bro.

Agreed. Not very good sorry, unless it was after Larry had had a lot of drinks!

Not authentic.

Thanks to you all for you imput. After looking at the for sure real ones i was pretty sure it was garbage. Just had to see what others thought.

Larry Bird has LOTS of variations too... I've met him several times in person (very grumpy and rude usually). Rarely in person does he do a full name signature, that tends to be reserved for private signings. Sometimes he scribbles LB, sometimes scribbles where you can't read anything at all, and sometimes just simply puts Bird.

I was the ONLY person wearing a Larry Bird celtics jersey at a Pacers/Heat game. Had seats by him, politely asked him to sign my jersey and he said "No" and turned around. He only signs tickets at game because of people reselling his stuff. And he signs "L Bird".
Crazy. Sounds like he's got burnt out on signing over the years.

Can anyone confirm if this is real?

Ticket looks good IMO, matches up with my ticket I got signed.

Thanks Ryan

Would you mind sharing a pic?  I just want to compare as a reference for the future.  Also you actually got it signed in person?

Here's mine, and yes I obtained this personally and there is a picture of me getting it (after he refused to sign my jersey).

Yours is a "full sig" whereas on mine he just wrote L.Bird, but it still matches up favorably IMO and fitting to get a Pacers ticket signed by Bird, as that is all he will sign at games. Does your ticket have a section/row number on it? There are only certain sections that have access to Bird.
