My first guess would be Mark Knopfler…… but wait for experts. It looks similar to his style of handwritting which is pretty unique. I had to see his former "full shape" of autograph to get what his current style actually means. I would guess that top line would be signature, bottom line some sort of dedication "to.... T..... " have no idea. :) His autograph is unique - and this looks similar to his. :) 

Thank you.I picked up a very large old time autograph lot on cut squares.A lot of them go back to early 1800s to 1940s.Some I can find but a lot I cannot so was happy to find this website.
