Going through some old stuff today I stumbled upon the attached two dollar bill. It was signed for my late father (who I know from the attached "Billboard" cutting was in the USA at the time) and I'd be really interested to know who it was.

A long shot possibly....may not even be a Motown artist, could be an employee or someone from a different label.

I'd appreciate any thoughts.
