Excited to get my 1st full beatles set but now I need to decide how to mount it. As you can see the document is double sided so I'm considering glass at the back so you can see the full document, not sure if this is important?
Then I'd like to put a vintage photo with it, any suggestions on a place to buy?
I've seen this and it's of the night of the signing and in my home town so that would be cool but I think it will be hard to track down one from 50 years ago.

Was looking again at the set and don't think I can use s mount in the normal way or I'd loose some of the Lennon sig, anyone done it were the mount sits round but not on the piece? If that makes sense. Lol cheers Chris

I like the cigarette advertising, but not as cool as the beatles set. Take it to a pro and get it framed right.

Don't save on framing if you wont it to last museum quality.

Paul cheers, I use a good framer who has done many cool things for me in the past, he an old guy who knows what he doing, he used to do all the framing for the Mathew Gallery in Liverpool. I'll be using museum for the front, but do you think the set should be framed with the page open with the glass at the rear so you can see all sides. Hope that makes sense lol

No just photo and sigs.

Hi its great you need to get it acid free mat framed ie Museum glass at the back would let you keep the history and romance of the item !!! if your in the UK give me a call i van put you in touch with someone you i use he is great and wont rip you off !! anyway congrats a great item

Billy cheers, i can't wait for it to arrive!! im in Leeds, Yorkshire that why the piece is extra special with it being signed at Leeds/Bradford airport known as Yeadon Airport back then.

Nice one Chris  as i said if you have any problems just shout and i can put you in touch the person i use is  anyway to most of the big UK football clubs framing shirts etc and he is good just a thought

Billy where he based?

Make sure you use archival products. Read the replies in this old discussion it helped me tons when framing valuable items http://live.autographmagazine.com/forum/topics/matting-and-framing-...

Hi Chris. Very nice Beatles full autographs set. I can tell you from my personal experience: frame it only behind a UV glass to protect the autographs from fading and losing their strength. Only a UV glass will do the work! You can take a look at my UV framed autographs here:

They are all behind a UV glass. Even the Shea stadium ticket is behind a UV glass. It's not cheap, but it's the only way to protect the autographs from sunlight and room light when you want to hang your autographs on the wall.

Good Luck!

Daniel, thanks UV glass it is!!
