Real!  I have the exact same book. I bought it directly from Playboy 23 years ago. Looks just like mine. I remember this was a limited Personally signed book so I got it. Look for a 1993-1994 Playboy magazine issue and you should see an ad for it.

I don't have it in hand just yet, but I saw some of the picture inside it. I bought it for $65 dollars. I guess for that price it's a steal of a deal, for a signed copy!
