It appears it is signed "Hulkster," correct??  If so, it's real hard to tell.  I don't think I've seen one signed as such, so I don't really have anything to go off of.  The "H" does look a little atypical to me.  If it were me, I would go the conservative route and pass, but that doesn't necessarily mean its not real.  Sorry I'm not much help.

This is my WWF belt signed by Hogan for you to compare to.  It is authenticated by Steiner.  It looks like yours might be legit to me.

I got the belt for a great price and was an impulse buy.  It is the Hogan 1986 belt.
