Is this icons messi signed jersey real?

I'm new to buying signed memorabilia and through my research icons seemed like a legit COA just wanted an opinion on a shirt I've been looking at as well as if all you receive for a COA is the paper in the front of the pic,

I believe Icons are one of the most respected in the world for football (soccer) autographs. I'd be astonished if that was a fake!
