Identify signature

The top signature is blurry here, can anyone identify it.  The other signatures on the ball are Phil Rizzuto, Tommy Byrne and Gus Niarhos, three Yankees.  Paul E. Brown, football coach.  A. B. Chandler, baseball commissioner.  Bo Mcmillan, college football hall of fame. Francis Wallace unknown to me and a blurry signature.

Is it possibly Bill "Moose" Skowron? Hard to see for sure.

that was my initial thought also, but the S is not consistent with ones I have studied.
