Ink Bleed/save signature

Hey! I just got some autographs from the cast of back to the future at comic con. Long story short I just got home and noticed that there are gray silver spots over on my the signatures. I am guessing a sharpie bleed onto my item. I’m just wondering if there is anyway to take them off without damaging the signatures and what it would do the the value. I’m guessing it will come down and someone would be less likely to buy it if I ever sold it?

I was able to starch the ink off but it damaged Tom Wilson’s signature. Would it be worth having him go over it again or am I better of leaving it alone.
