I always used to send autograph requests to people in foreign countries using international reply coupons for return postage.

I just found out that international reply coupons are no longer available in the US. Is there an alternative if one would like to send someone return postage in another country? Is it possible to buy them from Canada over the Internet? I found out that Canada sells them, but I see no way to purchase them over the Internet. Has anyone come up with an alternative to international reply coupons?
