Iron Maiden christmas card - real or fake?

Would appreciate your help on this Christmas card signed by Iron Maiden. According to the seller he was a member of their fan club and got this sent to him 2005.

Real, fake or a reprint? Thanks for helping!

I think this is a pre-print as sent out to all fan club members.
