I buy from them on a monthly basis.  They do have issues, so be careful...it's best to ask questions if you aren't sure what you are looking at.

May I ask what the issues are?

So if I want to buy something from there do I post it on here first?

There have been questions about a few (a very few ) of the entertainment autographs. The big name music autographs have worried a few people here too. Also, they have had a few issues with secretarials. Those issues were all quickly resolved though.

they are one of the few who stand behind their lifetime guarantee. 

when the news of heston secretarials broke,  they pulled their listings and refunded customers and were amongst the first to acknowledge the signing study.

when in doubt, always ask questions first.

I take every autograph on a case by case basis. Don't purchase an item on the strength of the seller alone would be my advice.
