I really don't think that's him/  "Lifelong Texas Native," and that COA is based in Virginia?  I don't really see the connection here except the name, which isn't entirely unique.  Also, no need to double post.

I ask because It seems that I remember seeing some COA's with Texas and California addresses.  Also, the double post was a simple mistake and if you would have checked, you would see that I deleted it before you even posted your comment.

Dom, have you ever seen a picture of him?  I have no clue what he looks like.  I'd love to know if that is him.  The only thing that kind of made me think it was possible is I remember reading something about him having some kind of law degree and working as a forensic expert in the courts.  It would make sense for someone with a background like that to run for judge.

I do not know what he looks like but wish I did in case I ever run into him, I'd be able to confront him and let the coward know how I feel
