Is my Mickey Rooney autograph real?

Got this in the mail today from a seller on eBay. It’s supposed to be Mickey Rooney’s autograph from 1941. I wanted to know if this is legit or not.

Hard to tell for his sig seems to have changed permanently. But the general flow seems to fit.
