Is score board legit?

I am a huge SF Giants fan. My all time favorite player is Will Clark. So i want to get an autograph ball from him for my collection. I saw this on ebay. Is it legit enough to pickup?

The company itself was.  The problem is that the COA's were generic, easy to duplicate and easy to swap.  In essence, you don't know if that COA actually came with the ball.  That's one reason the sticker/hologram thing came about.

there are other authentic Will Clark signed balls on ebay that are better than this one, for around the same price or less.  I would go with a vintage ball and vintage signature, but its your call.  he is not a high demand autograph so he is still reasonably priced.
