Is the UACC still in business?

I sent to their website and tried to join (figured Pen & Quill alone would be worth the membership fee) but the checkout process said the account is inactive.  Did they fold?

I can't imagine it'd even be worth it now even if it was still in business. That organization has seen much better days.

Exactly, last year I considered in joining, but after seeing and browsing through their website and by its design and activity (or lack of), I figured that place remained at a stand still of the late 1990's/ early 2000's.

Don't waste your time.
