Is this a Clubhouse sig?

In my little bit of searching through the few examples I have of Mantle sigs and Fakes.  I think this may be a Clubhouse sig.  Any thoughts from ya`ll will be appreciated.  Thanks.

Clubhouse usually shows up on balls, I think that's just an ugly forgery.

the handwriting is definitely not Mickey's, clubhouse or not.
