Is this a real Bryce Haper auto?

What you guys think? Looks a little messy to me. The 34 looks like 21 and the luke 1:37 is way messy on inscription.

I wouldnt buy it.  I have a Harper and in most of the ones I have seen including mine the "H" is a little wider.  The "B" is usually slanted upward to the right but I guess it depends on the signing environment.
